What to do if your account is suspended
Trying to access your account, but you got a message saying your account is suspended? This article is for you.
If you can't access your account and you think it's suspended, find the reason below and what to do.
You may receive pop-ups like the ones below. They include the reason you can't access your account.
Haven’t seen these pop-ups but still can't access your account? You may have closed them when they appeared. If so, clear your history and cookies for your current browser or log in from a different browser to see this pop-up message.
Possible reasons and what to do
- Overdue billing: Contact us by filling out the Get Help with a Billing or Account Request form.
- Overdue invoice: Contact us by filling out the Get Help with a Billing or Account Request form.
- Credit card payment failure: Update your payment information in the Smartsheet application.
- Security issues: Visit the Security page in the Trust Center.
